UNVEIL (Web 4.0 Entrepreneurship: Unveiling the Intelligent Web Ecosystem) Project No. 101182863 — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET)  is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building for VET initiative aimed at transforming vocational education and training (VET) systems in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, and Tanzania. It prepares educators and learners for Web 4.0 and digital entrepreneurship using a new methodology and e-learning platform. The project primarily targets VET educators and learners in Sub-Saharan Africa.

2. Purpose and Goals (Why was the project initiated?)

Main Objectives:

  • Empower VET educators through a professional development e-course on digital technologies and entrepreneurship.
  • Equip learners with digital literacy, ethical business practices, and technological know-how.
  • Establish an adaptive and responsive VET methodology.

Problems Addressed:

  • Digital skills gap in emerging African economies.
  • Lack of future-ready and entrepreneurial skills among VET learners.
  • Mismatch between education and the evolving digital job market.
