About

Leadership with purpose. Impact with clarity and conviction.

With over 15 years of global experience, I lead multicountry initiatives that strengthen economic systems, expand opportunity, and advance public-health and wellbeing. My work integrates strategy, inclusion, evidence and purpose — building systems that enable people especially women, youth and communities to thrive.

Who i am

I am a development leader who specialises in making systems work for people. I bring a unique blend of enterprise & economic development expertise, public-health insight, and inclusion-by-design thinking, grounded in strong operational discipline. I am known for creating alignment in diverse teams, simplifying complexity, strengthening governance and MEL structures, and leading organisations through ambiguity with clarity and purpose. My work is defined by intentionality, evidence and service — helping people, institutions and communities thrive.

My Journey

Over the past 15+ years, my work has taken me across multiple regions and sectors, where I have helped design and deliver initiatives that strengthen economic opportunity, public health, and social and institutional systems.

I began my career in public-health nutrition, supporting research, behaviour-change communication and community wellbeing. As I engaged communities more deeply, it became clear that health outcomes are inseparable from the systems that shape people’s choices and livelihoods. I therefore expanded into enterprise development, WEE/YEE integration, business-environment reform and enterprise ecosystems, where I led multicountry initiatives and contributed to national and sector-level reform strategies.

That intentional expansion reflects my conviction that health is sustained only when equity, economic empowerment and fair institutions enable people to thrive. The same commitment that drove my public-health work guides my leadership in economic development and inclusion—so programmes, policies and partnerships reinforce one another rather than operate in silos.

Building on this systems lens, I have worked—from country portfolios to global advisory—with governments, donors, civil-society organisations and private-sector partners to establish coordination systems, delivery frameworks, MEL structures and inclusive policy mechanisms. This has strengthened my ability to navigate diverse policy environments, build alignment among stakeholders and guide organisations through complexity—always linking strategy to delivery.

Through every step of my journey—from public health to enterprise development and organisational leadership—one conviction has remained constant: development must be context-responsive, inclusive, evidence-informed and people-centred. That is why I lead with clarity, purpose and service—so systems work for people, especially women and young people.

Leading with Faith

Leadership is not just about strategy—it’s about compassion, integrity, and purpose.

My leadership is grounded in my Christian faith, which calls me to lead with clarity, compassion, integrity and service. It shapes how I show up — to listen deeply, honour the dignity of every person, and make decisions that are fair, thoughtful and accountable.

Rooted in faith, I lead in ways that are inclusive, respectful and welcoming. I have worked across cultures, beliefs, sectors and worldviews, always guided by a commitment to equity, collaboration and shared purpose. For me, faith does not separate spaces — it strengthens how I serve within them.

Faith also anchors my belief that systems should work for people, not the other way around. It is why I pursue excellence, why I prioritise inclusion, and why I remain committed to leadership that uplifts communities and people especially women, and young people. My work is an expression of stewardship: using what I have — skills, gifts, insight, experience — to build with purpose and to serve with integrity.
