Leadership Summary

I founded Olime Health as a social enterprise to promote public health nutrition through education, advocacy, and tailored wellness solutions. I lead the organisation’s strategy, partnerships, and innovation—ensuring that our work responds to chronic health conditions and lifestyle-related risks with culturally relevant, evidence-based approaches.

Key Activities

At Olime Health, we:

  • Run nutrition education campaigns and training programmes in schools, churches, and corporate organisations to promote preventive health and healthy behaviours.
  • Produce evidence-based health content, including my book Becoming A Healthier You, which is used in both community and workplace settings.
  • Manage digital platforms that have reached over 200,000 people with accessible public health messaging.
  • Operate Olime Meals, a healthy food service offering meal planning, shopping support, cooking guidance, and prepared meals for dietary management.
  • Provide consultancy services to corporate clients focused on workplace wellness, nutrition strategy, and preventive health interventions.

Outcomes

Through Olime Health, I have built a trusted platform for public health nutrition and wellness innovation. Our digital and in-person outreach has engaged over 150,000 individuals, contributing to increased awareness and behaviour change around lifestyle-related health risks. By integrating education, service delivery, and strategic partnerships, we continue to support improved health outcomes for individuals, communities, and institutions.
