Case Study
Olime Health — Public Health Nutrition Social Enterprise (Founder/Lead)
Context
Organisations and communities need practical, behaviour-change public-health nutrition solutions—delivered as workplace wellbeing, health communication, and evidence-based policy/research/projects—to move from awareness to sustained healthier choices.
What i led
As Founder and Lead, I run Olime Health end-to-end: service strategy, product design, delivery governance, content standards, and client/partner alignment—across Workplace Health and Wellbeing, Health Communication, and Health Research/Policy/Projects; I also steward editorial tone and evidence thresholds across all channels. The platform extends through web, blog and video channels to reinforce learning loops and broaden reach.
How we do it
- Workplace health systems: Co-design policies, trainings, and the Healthier Workers’ Canteen Programme (HWCP) to shift food environments and embed healthier routines across employee populations.
- Health communication at scale: Produce plain-language, multi-format content (blogs, videos, campaigns) with editorial standards so audiences can understand → use → keep using nutrition information.
- Evidence into decisions: Lead/commission research, policy/strategy development, and evaluation so institutions ground wellbeing initiatives in local context and measurable change.
Mission and SDGs: Reinvest a portion of profits into free school sessions and public education to advance SDG 3 (health & wellbeing)—keeping social impact central to the model.
What is expected to change
Employers gain structured wellbeing policies and healthier canteen models; communities access actionable content instead of technical jargon; and partners adopt evidence-based nutrition approaches in programmes and policy. As a brand, Olime Health operates as a consulting social enterprise with a multi-disciplinary team and ongoing public-health publishing footprint—sustaining behaviour change through repeatable workplace routines, editorial consistency, and practice-informed tools.
