Mentorship is not a moment—it’s a journey.

I have benefited from the wisdom, encouragement, and guidance of mentors throughout my own journey — and I continue to learn from others. Their investment in me has shaped how I lead and how I show up for those I mentor.

Mentorship is a core part of my leadership journey.

I believe in walking alongside others as they grow, lead, and find purpose in their work and service. Over the years, I have mentored individuals across career stages — helping them navigate transitions, build confidence, and lead with clarity and compassion.

Priority is given to applicants who demonstrate clarity of purpose, alignment with my areas of expertise, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
